With 30 years in the industry, they know caravanning!  Aussie Traveller is the only Australian manufacturer with the ability to custom-make your Caravan Awning to ensure that you have the best fit to suit your needs!  They only use premium materials to ensure you are enjoying your purchase for years to come!

 

Warranty Statement:

  • Warranty Period:
    • Thule Brand Products - 2 years on items we import & are purchased from us
    • Camper Trolley Range - 2 years
    • Aussie Traveller (ATRV) Brand Products - 12 months
    • Quell Brand Products - 1 year

Aussie Traveller will undertake to resolve any fault with their products as quickly and with as little inconvenience to our customers as possible. 

Should a problem arise with one of our products or supplied brands we require the following information before a warranty case will be opened and you receive a resolution to your issue.

You must also provide proof of purchase and photos showing the fault. Download our Service Information Request form

We will contact you at the earliest possible convenience via either phone or email to address your concerns.

They are available to take your call Monday-Friday 7am-5pm AEST.

If it is outside these hours please download & service@aussietraveller.com.au​ them the warranty form from the link above and they will get back to you within the next business day.

Terms and Conditions

  • If the need arises we will advise you of a repairer closest to your location to make arrangements for the problem to be resolved.
  • All Third Party repairs must be approved by Aussie Traveller prior to the commencement of any work.
  • t is you, the purchaser's responsibility to make their way to the nearest repair centre to allow for repairs to be carried out.
  • Aussie Traveller will not bear any costs involved in repairer's travelling expenses or delivery charges.
