Are there Gimballs at the side of the TriplexMK3 Oven
Hi There,
This unit does not have a gimbal attachment at all sorry.

If my grill pan handle gets hot, what can I do?
If the grill pan handle gets hot the handle is detachable and should be removed whilst the grill is in use.

My grill does not appear to light in the middle, is this an issue?
It is not an issue, it should not light in the middle. This is the design to promote even cooking.
