It was a little difficult to slide in on one side but I assume with a couple of uses this will become easier. Maybe just a bit of extra coating near the grooves. Overall looks good & most importantly it packs flat

We bought the Grillz portable firepit to use on our travels around our wonderful country. It is easy to put together and big enough not to add too much weight to our caravan. Great product. Thankyou.
